we're two orange county, california based bartenders and coffee lovers that wanted a better coffee option behind the bar. it needed to be fast, easy, traceable, and delicious. after a year of research, testing, and tasting, and some help from our friends at true love coffee co, we opened our first bottle of bloom in 2024 and discovered more than just a bar mixer. it's many of our espresso needs in one convenient bottle; no machines or brewing equipment required. just pour and enjoy!
