what is bloom?
bloom is a shelf-stable espresso alternative that we use to make quick and delicious iced coffee drinks, coffee cocktails, and more
it stays fresh in your fridge for 28 days after opening, giving you plenty of time to enjoy - if it lasts that long :)
each bottle contains 100% coffee - no sugar, alcohol, or additives
bloom is not cold brew. just like espresso, it's two times (or more) as concentrated as most "cold brew" concentrates!
